Staffinity is a hospitality talent platform connecting professionals with employers across Albania, the Balkans and beyond. We act as an intermediary — final hiring decisions and employment contracts remain between candidate and employer unless explicitly stated.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
You agree not to misuse the platform — no fake profiles, no harassment, no discriminatory practices, no scraping or unauthorized data extraction.
Browsing and creating a profile is free for candidates. Employer pricing depends on the chosen hiring model. Specific commercial terms are agreed in writing.
Staffinity is provided "as is". We do our best to verify professionals but cannot guarantee outcomes of any hire. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Albania. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Tirana.
